Test Drive Our New Test System and Automated Certificate

This sample test will allow you to try out our new automated testing system. The system will quickly and automatically score your tests that you submit online. Once you fill out the information below and answer your questions, hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. The confirmation screen will then show you your results/score. If you miss a question, the screen will show you which question is incorrect. With a passing score of 80% on any DLCAS.com test, there will be a button at the bottom of the page that will allow you to immediately print out your course certificate. We'll also send you a back-up copy that can be printed or saved to your computer, provided that you enter a valid email address on this page.

Before you begin your test, please fill out the following information. Be sure to put your name as you'd like it to appear on your certificate. Most credentialing boards/bodies also require some type of identification be included on your course certificate - typically, this is your Social Security Number. Because of concerns about privacy, we only request that you include the last four (4) digits. Also - a detailed email will be sent to you provided that you've included a valid email address. This email will contain a back-up copy of your certificate, one that you can print or save to your computer for future use/needs. It will also contain instructions for completing the required course evaluation that you will also need to fill out. Also, if you do not pass this exam, the email will contain instructions and links that will allow you to retest.
